    Going exactly as these go. FV3 goes SE and then each run makes steps NW to correct its bias. This was as predictable as Ray talking about his winter forecast.

    But it always snows 6-12 hours pre and post that timeframe

    You’re not getting hundreds of miles swath of 12-20+ with a 12 hour snowfall . Think about it
