    The water tables are at ground level. It’s why lawns will be growing and need to be mowed well into November. North to south . I saw a post today in the lark thread where a confused poster thought they had done their last mowing

    I love that whole area. Spent a tremendous amount of time there each summer when the girls were kids. Hurricane Mtn cut thru to avoid the traffic was always a place I envisioned having a place tucked back into one of those nice neighborhoods
