    I don’t consider that getting screwed. If you get snow.. you win. Screwed to me is if you get zero and 3 miles away gets accumulating snow. If many towns get 15” and you get 8-9”.. that is not screwed

    Here’s the radar grab from that one at its peak. The band formed 5-10 miles west of the spine here as the convergence from the valley met the hills . The winds aloft were 50 knots out of the WNW. So what looked like heavy heavy snow over the valley was deposited in a very narrow hilly area . You can see the same process happened east of here as it is lower elevation and deposited on the hills east . A very rare and fascinating occurrence and case study.

    The first full day of a very early spring is upon us. Lawns are greening, folks are cleaning , and it’s time to stop tracking faux snowstorms. This is the place to discuss heavy heavy grass, Lesco applications, plantings etc. @moneypitmikehas been asking for this thread since early Feb. Warm season is here!
