  1. I just still am having trouble seeing how snow doesn’t get west to some degree . Maybe I’m vey wrong , but something tells me the final solution has not yet revealed itself
  2. Ok so no chance that something doesn’t happen like some of the analog storms of that size and strength and position had that dropped 3-6. No chance the globals are missing some heavier banding getting thrown way NW of storm and the hi res won’t pick that up as we get into range? If so, then no reason to check the models anymore . For me, I’ll wait until 12z tomorrow .
  3. Just got back from my run. Just to understand .. you are forecasting no snowfall in CT right. Zero snow?
  4. Was just looking at 18z Euro wind gusts. Has 50-78 mph from about West central CT East with the highest in E MA
  5. That look in reality would be WSW back to Southbury . South buried
  6. This is so reminiscent of 2015. Gfs would go East and everything else would go west and you’d get people saying it gone, congrats Stellwagen , I’ll give it one more model cycle etc
  7. None of the people that said “ she gone” “ it’s over “, no snow etc are allowed back in on this
  8. Blizzard for S Wey there .. and good snows well past river
  9. What trend though? Only the Gfs went east . Even the GEFS looked better
  10. There’s a tremendous amount of hand wringing from some camps due to the op GFS . If you toss that .. things looking good for accumulating snow at worst
  11. Gfs will struggle on a big coastal like this especially with its SE bias. Will be surprised if Euro and EPS don’t follow suit on other models with big west move
