Still looking summer-like across most of southern New England Thursday into Sunday, at least away from the coast. Expecting high temperatures to be well above normal during this time across the interior. Precipitation... Odds favor a dry forecast for most through Friday. Circumstances change slightly this weekend into early next week. High pressure moves farther over the North Atlantic, meaning less subsidence over southern New England. With the expected heat an humidity, that could result in a few more showers Saturday and Sunday.
