  1. The water tables are at ground level. It’s why lawns will be growing and need to be mowed well into November. North to south . I saw a post today in the lark thread where a confused poster thought they had done their last mowing
  2. Grass will continue growing all month in this furnace . You not done
  3. I think he got the hose again . Cloudy and wet and cold there north of the front . I’ll take a sunny weekend around 70 and a wet Monday / Tuesday over a ruined weekend of kids noses mashed against the window looking at bird baths collecting rainwater
  4. We’ll see. Looks like another solid slug moves across south to north . Sunday also looks wet
  5. The record wet year continues. Another super soaker overnight with 1.17. Looks like another 1-2 tonight and then another rainer for the holiday weekend
  6. I guess the good thing is no October snower this year.. even in the Mtns .. so winter still has a chance anyway
  7. You can easily envision no frosts or freezes anywhere right into November
  8. I love that whole area. Spent a tremendous amount of time there each summer when the girls were kids. Hurricane Mtn cut thru to avoid the traffic was always a place I envisioned having a place tucked back into one of those nice neighborhoods
  9. Lot of green there. I’m assuming all white pine… right?
