  1. If you’re able to make it Saturday, I’ll buy you an IPA or a sip if appropriate . Their beer list there is awful so it won’t be anything like what I have at home . Just glad to see winter is about to make an appearance and lock in. I am so hoping we can have solid winter from Sunday on thru at least the New Year. It’s been a long time since we’ve had that .
  2. Isn’t that another 25 miles South of 12z at least ?
  3. Local forecasts tonight have 48-50 Thursday - Saturday. Ryan is on vaca this week, but it’s laughable
  4. Now you understand. Welcome to our world in SNE
  5. Just cracked 2nd. Strong though 8.8% Beer folks. It’s from The Veil brewery in Richmond, VA. It’s real and it’s spectacular Right now thinking 3-5 lolli 6 pike south and 1-3 north . How much weed this far? 2-3 handfuls?
  6. Gonna be a pretty siggy icestorm for some portions of SNE next week . Perfect time of year for it as they love December and with SE ridge push back and - PNA.. it’s ripe
  7. That’s what I asked earlier. This setup should “hang back” long duration light snows
  8. What a classic melt and a flake hasn’t fallen
  9. Why is this moving at warp speed? Shouldn’t these systems be slowing down and lingering long duration lighter snows?
  10. This can still shift south. It’s a teeter totter line we are wobbling along
  11. A white landscape Monday morning for much of SNE enroute .
  12. It’s a nice widespread 1-3 for most south of 90
  13. West of BOS area should see accumulating snows especially SW burbs west .. say maybe from Wiil in Hollystown on WSW
  14. Mid /late week storm has a lot more work to be done for SNE for ice and snow . Noyes still torching late next with with upper 40’s
  15. Pike south should get some light snow. 1-3” type deal
  16. I mean I know Ginx starts wearing his snow pants with straps every year and slaps them against his shoulders starting in October and never met a winter he didn’t like. But the reason I have been such a Debbie the last few weeks and even last 2 winters.. is Nina. I’ve noticed modeling (in a general sense) struggles immensely in Ninas vs non Nina years. Why that is .. I don’t know .. I suspect it’s tied to the MJO.. but it’s legit
  17. I’ll take slack for this.. said it for years but I hate Nina’s. In a general sense they are not good for New England .Sure a rare few have been with the right ducks lined up .. but overall we want neutral or Nino . When I see a Nina .. I always prepare for a subpar winter
  18. Those are the storms where a foot of snow is blown off certain spots on the driveway. I’m pretty sure that was the storm parts of the lawn in exposed spots had grass blades showing after 10+ while other spots had feet
