  1. I really am hoping the heavy rainer crew is correct . As you can see me and my “doctored” hydrangeas need it. There’s going to be a very sharp cutoff between have and have not . They very well may be correct and I’ll acknowledge their good forecasts and tip the cap . I am highly skeptical but hopeful . What are your thoughts?
  2. That area is fairly shady . And if you look.. it’s not just the hydrangeas. Most of the the ones around here look the same or similar . You’ve gotten some good storms the last 30 days . I mean what do you think I’ve “done” to them ? Lol
  3. That’s all my place . The first two are facing neighbors yard but my beds . The last is edge of woods in my BY
  4. I truly hope you’re right about good rains and Fish is wrong
  5. What town are you in again? Tyngsboro?
  6. Please Runaway Ice.. Please be right with the soaker /drought buster here tomorrow . We need it badly friend
  7. Don’t disagree .. Far E MA looks good for .50 or more. Think about winter and what happens west of those bands . Thinking for a friend .
  8. You’re not pouring lol. This is not going to throw heavy rain hundreds of miles west . The flow around is drying and wnw . Not saying you don’t get a bit of rain . People are going bonkers over heavy rains way back into W MA and CT.
  9. Kind of my thinking here aka GFS/ Euro/ Reggie .. dry air and low dews eat up precip west of PVD . WNW flow and tighter center should pull heaviest precip east
  10. Want to take a stab at rainfall amount ?
  11. You literally just did on air lol. I mean can’t make this stuff up
  12. He just on air said a couple showers early AM tomorrow .. then mostly cloudy . Miss for CT. Remember Messenger .. never forget
  13. Just pick the wettest model even though it makes no synoptic sense. Just pick it because it’s wet !
  14. These will be fun to bump tomorrow. Wheeeee
  15. No one is using the HRRR . Like not one person
  16. Do you have confidence like Runaway that gets soaking rains way back west into CT?
  17. Very true but NHC hasnt even put a statement out on it and it’s over marginal water.
  18. There’s no baroclinic zone in summer.. it’s fighting dry air / low dews WNW flow on west side , and a lot of potential convection robbing moisture transport. In the winter this would be a slam dunk to get snow back to you . Summer totally different . I hope your forecast of soaking rains back to HFD is correct . Lord knows how badly we need it. I have my doubts , but we’ll see
  19. There’s zero agreement to bring rain into CT. Couple do couple don’t . I’d even be nervous in RI . Messenger watching
  20. They had 1.61 I’m one storm last week for example. I’m at .34 MTD with all of that coming on Aug 1 and day 15 in a row of no rain
  21. BDL has had a ton of rain in the last few weeks.
  22. It’s way past just burned out lawns around here and everywhere in SNE. Trees and brush are yellow and browning all over
