He had gotten almost all of us . Most are in bad shape . He never got Southbury , CT as they’ve stayed wet thru it all . But it wears on you when everything dies and death encompasses the home from the outside working in.

Drought far from over . 2” of rain in a month does not a drought end. Sunny and hot next 10 will hurt , but I do think the worst is behind us in terms of plant and tree death etc

Back to regularly scheduled programming of the summer missed in all directions. Glad we got what we did yesterday .

I’d say we’re about 50% to peak lol. In all seriousness though there’s a few of these birch trees that must be dead and are dropping basically green leaves. They are coming down today like after a frost when the sun first hits the trees in the morning . It’s amazing to me how many dead or are least stressed trees there are. Maybe tree guys or @Tamarac can comment ?
