SSE is always a great direction for a LF in SNE. Heading in from Lake Ontario?

My Oaks are quite a bit ahead of schedule. Lots even down already . What I’m seeing on the leaves is either totally brown or a lot of black speckled leaves . So my guess is the wet , humid summer gave them some type of a fungus that causes early change and drop.
