    If you are throwing meat or wrappers that had meat in them.. put that outside in the bin . Don’t ever leave inside. Ours I can quite figure out. This is the 2nd time in two weeks . Tonight was awful. Three of us with fly swatters, paper towels and Windex to clean the windows

    I’m not saying CT or maybe every town doesn’t get measurable . I just don’t see why the need for flood watches was needed when there will be more areas that see the next an inch than over 4
