  1. Gonna be some nice damage and outages up north of Pike. Man do we want that here .
  2. Just so gunshy after all the fails. Maybe this is legit. I’ll play the Hunch card and lean very low “ maybe an inch or two”
  3. As we all know reach around snows are so difficult in SNE. I saw everything reach around today and I guess it can happen , but it’s going to be very difficult to get more than an inch or two in a perfect scenario. I shouldn’t do this to myself and should just rule out any snow. After another letdown yesterday , pessimism is the probably the way to lean. Just hoping something breaks our way
  4. Yeah he grew up in CT and I believe went to PSU and then got the job in Maine. He def knows his stuff and doesn’t weenie stuff or rip and read. Honestly I’ll be totally ok for an inch or two. Haven’t had any snow other than dustings to close to 1” since Dec 10.. So over 40 days since any real snow . I’m still of the mindset that this will be ripped out from underfoot by morning , but hoping some good news happens
  5. Whether or not that verifies verbatim.. if CT can just get 2-4” .. I would gladly take a little snow
  6. Who else is looking forward to two more rain events the next 5-6 days?!
  7. It’s just not worth it anymore . TwO more rainstorms coming over the next five days and then it’s Feb. 7” of total snowfall and none really since before Xmas other than dustings. Long range Modeling torching Feb . Never , ever thought a hilly area in New England finish a winter with single digit snowfall season yet it’s happened. No need to harp on it . Will just enjoy Freaks and NNE snow pictures and love vicariously. Won’t be smilin ‘ .
  8. Pretty much the way I figured and how it’s been this winter. Nice to see it snowing lightly now at least
  9. It looks like real tiny flakes but super light. I have doubts . Extremely pessimistic these days
