  1. Because you’ve done an extensive study nationally on gyms you know this? my guess is you have never gone to one ever. Guessing for a friend
  2. You get that off your plate, feel good about yourself and the day is yours. It’s very easy and simple to orchestrate and execute.
  3. Who would ever want to work out late in the day or at night ? After working all day you still face the task of going running or going to gym or whatever you do. That’s why so many people don’t work out. They won’t go to bed at a decent hour , stay up late and use that as their excuse for being out of shape etc. You get up early AM.. like 4-5 AM and you get right after it . Workout is over and done for the day .
  4. You know what song I took that from right? I know Scooter knows.
  5. Now that’s a Dilf you be seein ‘ in your sleep
  6. What about the Dilfs you train at midnight?
  7. Watch the guy go flying .. he literally gone
  8. They look to be scattered all over the region.. even into RI and SE Mass late day/ evening. Stein moves around …in mysterious ways
  9. .12 total. Just soaking wet . Thanks Stein
  10. Looks similar to here . Without that one one random rainer in May.. all of us would be in dire straits. Let’s hope your soakings can work out. I’m on your train .
  11. I ran the last 30 days in CT . I wish I could have also included the last 12.. so we could get close to 45 days but it only lets you do by month, I’m not surprised at all but this local area has been dry . Just snapped this on the town green. I get it’s short term and localized.. but it has been very dry and one 2” rainer in May made up almost all of it . Hopefully Freaks forecast today of good rains comes to fruition. Fingers crossed.
  12. Case in point.. as recent as yesterday afternoon.. tonight was modeled to be a soaker regionally. Box was calling for widespread .50-1”. Now it’s a few scattered showers as models basically went “poof” with rainfall.
  13. I thought we weren’t using GFS and Euro op runs for forecasting ?
  14. Stein has really had a hold of me locally over the last 3-4 weeks. Ever since that 2” rain evernt in mid May . Had one quick downpour a week ago this past Friday . Lawns are starting to torch and burn. There’s no way this can be right.. right?
  15. I’m no arborist but I do know a thing or do about landscape. I think it’s sunlight and ambient air temps mainly for leaf out. Grass growth and green up is much more soil temp dependent
  16. Sunlight . Trees resound to daylight and sunlight. Snow or no
  17. Stein works in mysterious ways and sometimes doesn’t show his pearly whites until a year or more later
