I had more snow last year than this year. You see a strong Nino setting up in the fall.. you run away fast from a snowy winter in the NE.. which we correctly forecast
I had 32” last year and 30.5” this year
It’s probably over . We had a good week . I have 3 stumps that need grinding after the trees came down and they’re buried in snow . And a lawn to redo . It’s ok
Nothing worse than trying to melt others snow. It’s warm sun angle time of year.. it’s fluff. Sure it’s gonna melt . But will it melt on the slopes and trails?
If there is any doubt Nov/ Dec snow >> than mid Feb and beyond.. please see below

Tippy’s talking a heat burst in 5-10 in New England in the other thread. Might be first time in history , anyone’s ever installed with deep snow over OTG.
This past week would have been so much better in December with low sun angle . This is precisely as we’ve discussed. Once into early/ mid Feb and beyond it takes away the wintry feel. Even in the 20’s today the snow only stuck on the back roads .. and the coast and valleys start melting as soon as it ends . Why can’t we just get snow in December
