  1. Goes to bed Tuesday night with 13.5” OTG and chickens nestled comfortably.. wakes up to grass, mud, and chicken feet sticking up from floodwater
  2. This is an issue I have and I fully admit. I’ll enjoy the snow all day Sunday, but it’s tarnished and not as enjoyable knowing it’s all a dream by Tuesday night .
  3. EC storms don’t have any impacts to midwesterners so they likely don’t even look. Screamers and EC storms both affect us so we care about both. Huge difference
  4. Even just clippers or small snow events are poorly modeled. But when you see a screamer modeled it never fails
  5. I think there’s far more to it than that
  6. It really is amazing how models never waver from a week + out when we see these huge damaging screamers .. but with snowstorms they can’t get it right even at go time.
  7. Euro has the midweek storm deepening into the 960’s.. huge strong HP to the NE. Sure some inversion .. but that setup screams wind
  8. No I didn’t . One just posted and the other may or may not address
  9. Really it’s just the Euro and NAM north. Everything else did shift SE https://x.com/eweather13/status/1743244715045036285?s=46&t=dhcbvkjmRcyBVQtDxJ3lRg
  10. Several prominent posters/ Mets. It was all written
  11. Several prominent posters said this week that the winter hinges entirely on what happens Jan 10-17th. And that if that period is lost it makes or breaks the rat. Let’s see where things stand on the 17th.
  12. Rains and winds to deep into Maines https://x.com/jimcantore/status/1743211485336043564?s=46&t=dhcbvkjmRcyBVQtDxJ3lRg https://x.com/jimcantore/status/1743206770007257503?s=46&t=dhcbvkjmRcyBVQtDxJ3lRg
  13. Most of Maine is in trouble again . Hopefully they prepare this time and get out of state crews in
  14. If you saw our text group you’d violently disagree. His tweet says most of state FYI . I’d recommend prepping
