  1. It absolutely kills me . Then when it does snow later in winter it’s already melting by 10 AM. as Tip warms his ass cheeks on the sunny car seat.
  2. For short duration sure.. but if it’s a marginal atmosphere with a couple of events before Morch and spring .. that certainly doesn’t seem memorable. It would be a bad memory
  3. Well you consider 2 cloud to cloud lightning bolts at the BDL McDonalds memorable ..
  4. Do you consider it a great or memorable winter if it only snows in Jan/ Feb.. and we lose December?
  5. No one did. Not one person here or elsewhere did .
  6. Cute Irish They just left the forum
  7. You are going to be very surprised if that’s what you’re thinking there
  8. 12 and 3K NAM both moved west again. Big winds on both
  9. I don’t think there’s ever been a month since living in Tolland where we have had 0.0. Moved here when got married in 2000. not over yet but it does not look promising . I’m sure Will wIll pull up some random year .. but you get the picture.
  10. I’m not saying it’s a very snowy month. I am saying though that it is supposed to snow in December
  11. E MA is on the board with that 2-4” OES deal . But SW of ORH has been goosed
  12. https://x.com/bigjoebastardi/status/1736001741680705845?s=46&t=dhcbvkjmRcyBVQtDxJ3lRg
  13. It would help yes. But still not going to erase a lost month
  14. I’ll say it till I’m blue in the face. Bad Decembers ruin winter. You just can’t have a great winter when you’re heading into January at 0.0. Even if it snowy for 4-6 weeks.. you know spring and Morch are right around the corner. No one will ever convince me otherwise . There’s nothing worse than people saying it’s not supposed to snow in December. Yes it GD is supposed to
  15. Man GFS and NAM at 6z are absolutely wild with wind threats region wide.
  16. Nothing has changed . There is a major windstorm coming and we will all have HWW tomorrow morning. People are just depressed about the now snowless month of Dec
  17. It was. Goes up Henry Hudson. Track there seems close to final . Think big
  18. NW CAA generally is boring . Trees are trained for that direction. That’s why we love SE screams. Trees can’t handle that direction anything over 50mph. To me, as long this tracks west we are locked 50-60 and a few + CT.. Especially valley east . This area loves SE winds for damage . Nothing is locked.. but a lot of folks are feeling this . Unless it tracks east over the cape.
  19. But that trended east and was never modeled as far west. Maybe this follows suit . But the ensembles love NYC / Hudson
  20. All one needs to do is examine the NAM and GFS soundings. They’ll get it
  21. Right up Hudson and inserts itself into Q-mega backside
  22. Final track is probably right up the Henry Hudson
  23. Love to see Scoots like this. Love love love to see it
