    I know it looks innocuous on radar but right now it’s increased again to moderate . It only lasts a few minutes and then lightens . I’m not sure I’ve seen something here like this before.

    That’s the weeniest band I’ve ever seen . It’s literally been almost non stop snow today. At times it gets solid moderate. Cold day too 30.2 considering how mild it’s been . Looks like winter on the landscape at least .

    We’ve had on and off light to moderate snow all day . Enough to cover the driveway at times .

    I think we are just talking about different things . I’m mainly referring to the talk that in December we don’t normally get much snow. And then the next sentence says something like” Jan and Feb are our Climo friendly time of year to get snow.. so I’m fine with punting December”.. It’s that line of thinking that is like nails on a chalkboard. No Timmy it doesn’t work like that lol .. Not directing that you .. just those types of posts.

    I’ve had 15.75” this winter . All of that in Jan. Imagine if we had even had a couple lighter events in Nov/ Dec. Makes a huge difference when evaluating

    We had to rely upon Jan and Feb to make up for Dec loss. Guess what .. it failed . You need snow in Nov and Dec

    No we haven’t. Sure you can get 2 months that are snowy. I mean winter is already short enough. You can’t just think you’ll make it up. It doesn’t work that way

    I’ve said it over and over .. you cannot lose the winter month of December and expect to make up for it in Jan and Feb. That’s the worst thought process and you see it over and over here. You have to have winter and snow in Dec. You have 3 winter months . Losing the first one makes it impossible

    It took too long to flip to snow yesterday morning .

    Picked up 1” of sleet and snow overnight into this morning . Snowing lightly. Took like 45 minutes to clean off 4 cars. Caked and iced and wet snow . 2.5”
