    Can’t wait to watch Newark get their 8th hurricane force wind gust, the NYC subway flooded for the 5th time , DXR have 2000 lightning strikes in 7 minutes and Seymour over 30” of rain from this next round of storms .

    Look at ALB and W CT getting crushed again now. Literally the same spots all summer . We’ve had summers like that here . Storm patterns absolutely establish an early season pattern and hit the same areas multiple times . Fascinating phenomenon . There’s got to be some studies on that out there

    Took advantage of this great wx and had a nice 4 mile run at 5 this morning . Just feels so awesome out there. Makes you want to move , and exercise etc. Much better running in this vs cold
