  1. This looks like one of those deals that south of NYC gets solid rain and a few showers or period of light rain gets to the Cape with not much else NW. strong HP is gonna be tough to get Precip north of NYC. Maybe even Philly
  2. Mine are too. It happens every late summer if you trim the bushes weekly
  3. That’s a monster HP right thru day 10 to our north and East. Good luck getting any rain much past Philly with that look
  4. No sand . I’ve watered for years since 2005 and never an issue. I’m not sure how deep, but it’s pretty deep . Deeper than Atlantis?
  5. When I had a good portion of it hydroseeded in May , I barely had to water with all the rain. Get it over seeded in September and drying up my well and a few of the neighbors with no rain all month.

  7. AC on at Freaks place while Scooter rubbing lotion on the hose again?
  8. I’m very concerned that your soil moisture sensor is faulty . Very
  9. That’s the more likely outcome. Ridge undermodeled on GFs and ends up NYC or even Philly south . Lots of GEFS and EPS members south
  10. The amount of acorns this year is unbelievable. A slight breeze blows and they just pelt down. I could hear them banging off houses and cars running this morning. These are the big uns.
  11. Maybe it rains late next week .. but so often the ridges end up being stronger than modeled and then models pick up on it as you get closer. Hopefully it’s at least a period of showers, but I’m still skeptical.
