  1. Next Week ... Given the fast/progressive northern stream lots of uncertainty regarding timing of features but as of now Monday looks dry and near seasonable behind departing trough Sunday. Good agreement between GFS and EC on next frontal wave bringing rain chances here around Tue. EC suggest dry weather returns mid week with frontal boundary driving south of New England. However GFS suggest boundary not as far south and yet another wave approaching the region midweek introducing rain
  2. Euro suppressed next week. Dry and sunny NW flow. Toss gfs
  3. Gibbs has May 4 as return to warmth for good
  4. Why do you even live on the water? You rarely go to beach , you spend all summer up and in at Winni, and you work 2 hours away up and in , in North Andover Makes sense. Enjoy sea breeze and 51 tomorrow I guess
  5. No thanks . Keep your mild winters and cold springs
  6. That’s the only pro (for me) of living there. But we get good winds at elevation , so unless it’s a TS, it’s not worth it. And it is a TS, I can go witness it in FMH if it’s not tracking up the CTRV.
  7. I get the allure, but for my wx fetishes , I just need to somewhat inland. I like being close enough to drive to the beach and visit in 2 hours or less . Sometimes wx is more severe there, but odds favor inland for the majority of time
  8. Just me, but I’d never live by the ocean. Too many bad things can happen and all are weather related. Sea breezes, cold springs or summers, mild and rain while just inland snows, cold water killing convection ,no snowpack retention. That’s just way too many negatives for my personal tastes.
  9. First 7 days look benign with slightly AN temps , but no big heat or storms
  10. Man, what a great 3 day stretch we’re in the midst of. 60’s and 70’s and full sun. Full leaf out in the valley , even Oaks and the hills of NE CT are even leafing out maples and lawns exploding . Been a nice spring
  11. Every tree has leafed out valley. Top 10 day 70-77. Even hills red maples came out
  12. 60’s and sun SNE tomorrow. What a nice week!
  13. Yeah and no worries on paying . I can just send them up to you . I always just throw them into the woods . Remind me over the summer.
  14. I have a big , tall one in backyard that is on wood/lawn line. Squirrels knock them all down every Aug and Sept. But chew them just as fast. Occasionally I find whole ones in the grass below
  15. Were you wearing only a raincoat possibly?
  16. Another Rainer today and then we dry out most of the week other than a shower or two . Heading into Mayorch , the pattern continues to look above normal. We’ve finally stumbled upon a warm wire to wire spring .
