  1. Honestly .. why do you think it’s just going magically be 75 and dry all summer? I don’t understand that
  2. Not in July and August it’s not. You’re already on record in here last week posting you can see a very long stretch of high humidity.
  3. Oppressive is a weather term used in the community. Like cold or hot or wet.
  4. Is it oppressive ? No. But dews in mid 60’s is moist . The oppressive stuff seems like it holds off till last week of month into July
  5. Lol. This whole week they’re in the 60’s
  6. Agreed. Won’t be big heat. Just high dews
  7. Runaways worst dreams coming true with images of last summer .. dews and daily rains next week Surface dewpoints in the 60s, H85 approaching +15C, freezing level heights around 12-14 kft agl, and precipitable waters approaching 2- inches. Any localized convergence upon a deep-layer moist column beneath any measure of forcing combined with instability can surely lead to heavy downpours. And with the wave train forecast over the 3- days, there is some concern for localized flooding should the W-E train persist across S New England.
  8. Man it really furnaces in the BTV valley on south winds. I mean it went from like 63 at 10:30 to 80 in short order when sun ripped out today
  9. When you’re here in person it’s not https://i.imgur.com/Xb3e1d9.jpg

  12. Just spotty light showers in BTV. Was 68 when we got to Foam and BBC. Dinner on Bank St and it was drizzling . Sun and 78 tomorrow. We man bun
  13. Bump away. Morch and Napril were An
  14. See Isotherms forecast and Don S and Jerry
  15. It’s June 14th. There weren’t any calls for torches this spring. Everything on track . Gearing up for furnace summer
  16. Today’s storm is the Archambault pattern changer . New , hot pattern upcoming . By late August the wet, mild spring will have been forgotten
