Is it oppressive ? No. But dews in mid 60’s is moist . The oppressive stuff seems like it holds off till last week of month into July

Any localized convergence upon a deep-layer moist column beneath any measure of forcing combined with instability can surely lead to heavy downpours. And with the wave train forecast over the 3- days, there is some concern for localized flooding should the W-E train persist across S New England.
