I used to drink 1-2 cokes per day. Diet is nasty . And worse for you than regular. So I decided to just flat out quit. No need for all that sugar. I love carbonation. So the switch to flavored no calorie seltzer was a snap. Now it’s that, 1 iced coffee per day and IPA’s. Running 20-25 miles a week since not in marathon training , so we are A ok
