  1. You’ve got to know this. Right ahead of the dry slot is where some of the strongest winds always are found. You’ve got to know that
  2. Typically that’s where the strongest sting jet sets up. Directly behind and under the belly of the low. See Cape storm Dec storm years back
  3. Well I never said anything much different. . In fact I posted 45-50 much earlier today . I think strongest winds here are with the stinger. That’s when we’ll gust to 50 or a bit higher . There’s a couple things favoring more issues.. 1) leaves on most trees and 2) strong winds out of SE and then SW. Trees not used to that as usually those gusts are out the NW. Best winds will be CC to Scooter to E Maine. I’m not sure how that’s hype
  4. I’m shocked your’re doing this. You never do
  5. First it’s out of E/ SE ahead of low as it gets close/ then it’s the sting jet out of SW: then it’s NW till about noon when it starts to taper down tomorrow afternoon. It will come in 3 pulses
  6. Gonna be a lot of surprised folks when it’s absolutely roaring near and after midnight. When Ryan goes big.. it’s big
  7. Most folks in the know are prepping for outages
  8. Lol.. low spots radiate .. hilltops don’t decouple
  9. Thinking 45-50 for all of SNE either with storm or after with 65-74 CC
  10. Snowy Novies seem to generally lead to good winters in SNE
  11. I see people pull over there a lot in the fall to stop and look or snap pics. That’s also a big area with blowing and drifting snow on the winter
  12. Going by a text a met sent me and maps . There’s dual lows
  13. Euro goes west of CT River now!! Yeah boyyeeee
  14. That last pic is very near me. You should have stopped by. Great shot. One of the best views in town
