16.7 here. Just ran a fiver . Full winter gear . A bit of wind here still especially on the hilltops . Final leaf blow today then the flakes can fly Tuesday.

He’s as conservative and close to the vest (weather wise) as there is. So for him to talk about that 4 days out means at least something . I will say his rainer end of week has a decent amount of support to be a snower.

Feel pretty good with Ryan going for a few inches for CT Tuesday.

You are a thermometer obsesser. It’s a sickness , and something you’re getting angry about that is based on conjecture

I don’t know what to tell you. Many times ORH is colder. Today , in the woods , I’m colder. It’s not rocket science. It’s just facts. I have never seen someone so obsessed with thermometers as you are. You question all of them, home and ASOS. Just accept the readings, and love life. It’s too short for thermometer obsession.

I am without a doubt much older than you. I love snow more than anyone . I usually buy in and if it doesn’t happen, I get pissed off. Like last night. They forecast it and I bought it. This time I did not. And that’s all I was saying. Put the Sigmund Freud manual down and hope things change as we get into winter.

Don’t make me post all the texts yesterday where I was not buying and you guys were selling. I haven’t thought for one second snow was coming next week. I made that very clear here and texts. And it does make it easier . All I’m saying is try it whenever next threat is. January or whatever .

Had flakes last night.You’ve gone all in twice on these storms and you’ve been burned twice. It’s a progressive pattern and anafronts are always too slow to bleed cold in.

For once I didn’t buy into the hype and forecasts of snow and ice here , so while I’m disappointed, it’s not quite as hard to take. Bare ground for foreseeable future . Another NNE winter . Awesome
