    I’ve never understood how some of these guys here don’t get that. Sure all snow is good, but give me snow Nov thru Feb 1. Then end it if given the choice of winter starting in Feb. All those years they talk about patience and mid Jan on looks great. No thanks

    Yeah in the shade some survived . Low sun angle is best time of year. That’s why I love early winter snow over Feb- Morch. Just torches away as you get past Feb 10. Snow this time of year is special . Feels different and better than a Morch snow that starts melting 3 hours before it ends at noon

    Agreed. The subby zones rarely work out to any great degree. It tends to be a town or three , not 100 sq miles
