  1. Just because NJ didn’t get hot doesn’t mean it went to NNE lol
  2. Didn’t we just discuss this yesterday? Would be one day of 91 or so. Probs Thursday . I’m all about the dews. Always have been. 88/75 much better than 92/50
  3. I’ve always thought a lot of dews and lower temps (relatively speaking) . Dews probably stay near or over 70 right thru day 10. Maybe one day they stay in mid 60’s?
  4. There’s as many posts and as much excitement today as there is during a one thread in a major snowstorm! You love to see it!!
  5. The same Euro that had 5+ days of 99-103. Tossed!
  6. What a day. And it’s only the beginning of a looong summer dewy stretch . Whheeeeee
  7. A few posters this morning canceled the long duration heater and said it only had like one day near 90. I didn’t even both looking cause you knew it was wrong if it did show that
  8. So it’s day 1 of this long duration heater and already the GFS was wrong showing no 90+. Glad most tossed it
  9. They’re real where folks live. People live in the country. Not asphalt tarmacs
  10. https://x.com/eweather13/status/1802874006011301932?s=46&t=dhcbvkjmRcyBVQtDxJ3lRg
  11. Dews are already running in low- mid 70’s today where people live and not tarmacs.. so the lower modeled dews are already failing. Even the Mac at BDL dew is 70
  12. No one will call out the GFS when it busts on no 90’s . I mean that is worse than what the Euro did . 3-5 days of mid -upper 90’s is very impressive so early in the season . Gfs not even having 90 is laughable
  13. If anyone actually thought there’s be 5 days of 100 .. or even 3.. that’s their fault. This always looked like a 95-98 or 99 4-5 day deal and intercepted come with high dews. That’s how this has looked, so nothing has changed. Even Saturday should be 90 ish and high dews and 80’s Sunday
  14. I may look into that for next year. Can only do so much each year with 2 now in college
  15. Maybe by Saturday or Sunday we see a few pop up storms
  16. About half to 3/4. . The entire side yard on one side, the entire back yard and a portion of other side and portion of front . One was a massive white pine and other was a 125 year old Oak both close to house. In order to get to them they had to drive all over the lawn with Kaboda and chippers . Their truck got stuck in mud at one point. It was excruciating for someone like me to watch unfold to their lawn . And then it never snowed so I had to look at it from Feb - early May .
  17. I had two trees taken down in Feb and since ground was so wet and snowless they destroyed half of it with heavy equipment . So I had to bring in 4 tri axles of soil and had it graded and hydroseeded in April . It’s come in really nicely but if you don’t keep it moist you lose all of it . .63 this month so far with high sun angle and scorching temps means heavy water
  18. Just watering the hell out of the new lawn
  19. To be clear we talking BTV. Not your chalet at Stowe .
  20. We are in agreement . I’d bet Humch is warmer . He can downslope a bit in elevated valley at 1200 feet but also gets much colder in winter with higher terrain surrounding . And still be a snow jack . Best of all worlds.
