    My plans have changed from Meadville, PA to somewhere in the Syracuse-Watertown corridor. Rochester also seems to be trending somewhat better as of late.

    Right now planning on somewhere around Meadville or Titusville, PA day of, then going to Niagara Falls the day after. Using 2 personal days and we have off on Wednesday for Eid (I work for a school district).

    I think those are the TV/radio towers, most of New Orleans's TV stations have towers in Chalmette.

    One of the New Orleans local stations said earlier that hurricane/tropical storm radar returns aren't always accurate in terms of intensity, i.e. it can be heavier than it looks on radar.

    New Orleans doesn't consist solely of downtown.

    It tracked significantly further east than anticipated and New Orleans hasn't even seen the worst of it yet.

    I've been watching their stream and yes, they are concerned about the city. The track has been much further east than anticipated.
