I used to live close to CXY. That area indeed has its own little microclimate. Heat via downsloping and a bit of a rain shadow from the hills to the west and south. They have had 139.1" YTD. Good for 13th. Number 6 is 145.9" in 2019. Then it jumps to 164.2 in 1980 and all time is 184.4" in 1965. They average 90.1" per year with it snowing 28 days on average. I think seven springs on averages 87.7" a year. It's elevation is 7,000ft. The ski resort 30 min north has base at 9,200, and lifts almost to 12,000. They still have a base depth of 123" and received 398" this winter. Hell the day with highest average temperature here is right around July 4th, and it's 81.
