  1. Yeah--this stuff will evaporate/sublimate really quickly. The cotton candy of snow.
  2. That blows (haha). True on this being a good one for it to break on.
  3. Just broke in the new snowblower. It works. The NWS employee in Westborough reported 8.9". I'll go with that.
  4. It's hour 366, so lock it in. You should start a thread.
  5. Finally had a plow come through. Surprised it too so long.
  6. I'm glad there's an NWS employee reporting from Westborough. I'm going to assume his/her reports are more reliable than mine.
  7. A little over 6" here in Westborough. I'm hoping we can break 8--is that realistic?
  8. Don't worry. They'll wind up the season as the CT jackpot.
  9. Whenever I see "Bethany", I always think of this.
  10. Great. My daughter moved to Charlestown, and she was eager to get her first Boston snowstorm.
  11. Jay--are you right in Boston? How much do you have?
  12. I don't think it'll be a block-buster here, but given how the rest of the season has been, this may as well be '78! lol In any case, I can legitimately use my snowblower.
  13. Will you're in Holliston? I thought you were back in Worcester. If I had 5 miles less latitude I'd be consistently in the band. Instead I'm flirting with the northern edge. It's coming down hard, but I'm sure if I head just south it's incredible.
  14. Yeah--it's dumping here. Hopefully it will get brighter before it lightens up.
  15. eye-balling around 4. We'll see what we can tag on from here.
  16. Yeah--on the models it's tantalizingly close--can't discern which side of the goods I'll finish on.
  17. Congrats. Based on radar the band and the best goods will not come north of the Pike (at least to 495). Too bad I'm 5 miles north of it. lol eyeballing about 2"
  18. Thank God they closed the schools in GC. They're the same as Brattleboro in this one.
