Well two hours of sun have reverted to heavy overcast. MIL just walked in and shut all the windows. lol 61*

What a fantastic day. Sun came out about 2 hours ago (still a lot of clouds around) 63*--feels great in the near-solstice sun and pretty cool in the shade. The only downside is the blustery wind. Makes casting really tough so no fishing.

Yes--in Bath. We ended up having two late (well after the rain had stopped) lightning strikes really close by. Glad I hadn't gone back outside. Looks safe now though.

Neighboring stations recorded .91" and 1.2" Based on what I witnessed, I'm not surprised.

I think that was the hardest rain I've ever experienced. Lasted about 15 minutes. The run-off from the street into the river sounds like a waterfall.

Not sure if this is going to pass by or whether it’s headed my way. Thunder in the distance. Still fishing for the time being.

Heading up to Pit2 shortly. We can always adjust downward. Pit1 is only about 5* warmer each day.
