This just in: West Warwick, Bristol, Narragansett, Westerly, and Newport 851 AM EST Sun Feb 9 2025 ...FINAL BAND OF SNOW WILL BE MOVING ACROSS THE REGION THIS MORNING... A band of steady light to moderate snow was rotating south across central and eastern Massachusetts. This band will move across eastern Connecticut, Rhode Island and southeast Massachusetts before ending between 10 am and noon. Additional snowfall will mostly be under one half inch, but localized 1 inch amounts are possible. -
I think Wiz did that in September.

I suspect the final .1" or so of qpf will do very little to accumulation......lower ratio (higher weight) will just serve to compress the fluff below it a little.
