  1. Let me finish my decade in GC with a good snow please!! This will set the stage really nicely for the mild-down that follows.
  2. Slated to close here and at Chez ORH on feb. 22. First time that’s been rolled out this season.
  3. I think double digits of SN/IP is possible here in GC. Nice to have a wintery look to match the mild down next week.
  4. Lap-dances at the Blue getting interrupted as the lights flicker out. James has not been in here at all.....is he okay? He might just be resting from shoveling Sunday's snow.
  5. On the upside, the frequency of our rainstorms has dropped from every 3 days to only once a week.
  6. With insane snows not in the cards, I'll be satisfied if I can stay in some sort of non-rain situation.
  7. Good point. My provincial thinking is anything west of here may as well be Montana.
  8. If the several inches the ground at Pit2 are an indication of that theme, it could be worse.
  9. Unless their thinking had changed in the last day, I think Scooter, Will maybe Ray (?) and others have never ruled out a cut scenario. I'll let them speak for themselves of course. EDIT: I excluded the very important "never" from this post.
  10. Agree totally on this. Only the thinest of cold layers wouldn't refreeze at those temps. Hopefully, GC can pull more SN than ip.
  11. Where/what time? I can't confirm yet. If I weren't preparing for a move, it would be an easier thing for me to commit to. After my move, I'll have few excuses not to get to these!
  12. Thanks. Hopefully Wormtown's resurgence will make this a good investment to boot. Yeah on the small property, only .5 acre. I just commented in the other thread that I may find myself a weekend lawn-warrior, needing to keep things looking tidy.
  13. Yes. The inspection was on Saturday. So that sale is a contingency, but it looks to be in track. Anyone need a Deere 140? Runs great, 210 hours iirc. It needs a mower belt (damn thing went on the last cut of the season) but a great machine.
  14. Well barring any wrenches getting thrown into the works over the next 6 weeks, welcome to the new Pit. Hopefully, getting there today in a snow squall is a good omen.
  15. It was fine when I was up there in November. We didn't' have any sub-zero nights when I was there but it was fine in single digits. As far as summer goes, I just open the windows so not a whole big need for cooling.
