I'm about to head down to Hartford/West Hartford for dinner and a show at the Bushnell. I'm counting on deep summer by the time I get to the Cheesecake Factory in West Hartford.
I just returned from a round-trip out to Shelburne....car showed 62-63 from Montague to Greenfield. 50's east and west. No sun anywhere, rain/mist half the time.
Also, in Hubb country the trees look like it might as well be December.
My new Toro arrived the other day. I just went out to assemble it only to discover they only sent one of the two bolts needed to attach the handle. Hopefully I can find one at Home Depot rather than having to wait for them to ship one.
If I can get it, I hope it dries out enough today to mow.
Good luck with that 70. Let me make sure I'm following your post here:
Today goes down hill with the BD
Friday: Rainy/manky 50's
Saturday: cloudy/ 50's
Sunday: rainy/50's
Monday: maybe some improvement?
Enjoy this summer appeal.
Didn't notice. I stand by my comment though. This has been about the worst April ever. Incessant clouds, rain, cold. At least there's been no need to water the lawn.
LOL. I don't think I scolded. Lawns have always been important to me. Lots of seeding each year. I wasn't fertilizing with well, etc. You might recall I frequently would post pics of my mowed lawn from the prior Pit 1.
