Here in Worcester, you just put the leaves in the street and the city takes them away. Well, they haven't come to my street yet. Not sure what to expect if we get snow.

I was up in Bangor a couple weeks back. They refer to everything from Portland south as "northern Massachusetts". Aside from not being able to decipher these at all, does anyone else find these reminiscent of the Nazi's melting in Raiders of the Lost Ark? That's actually very useful for many in this forum.

When you live in GC, anything east of the river is EMA.

I typically think central Mass really starting 1.5 miles west of here (at the airport) and up through Hubb. A close-but no cigar cutoff.

Probably the #3 storm on my list ('78, Roctober). I was living in Westfield. We received 22" in I think it less than 12 hour.I suspect Will has better detail than my foggy memory. It was insane.

Late morning flight out of BOS Tuesday morning. While I don't expect things to be bad then, hopefully there won't be any larger system issues causing JetBlue cancelations.

I guess that's what Scott's speaking to when he says SN/Mix/SN for interior Mass into CNE (congrats Hubb), and a little SN to rain to maybe a flip to snow in northern CT. So, if that's what folks are excited for....

GFS at 00 and at 06, and CMC all showing a lot of liquid for most people, ICON sn-to-rn (thought I'm not sure what it had been showing). The GEFS member tracks are mostly hideous.

Dude----I think you might want to forget the models you dreamt of and take a look at the reality. The overall trend is not our friend. Still lots of time though.

Not what I wanted to wake up to........I fear this one might be slipping through our fingers--at least for most of the board with things (outside EPS) shifting warmer. Then again, it's only Wednesday. Still plenty of time. When folks speak of the EPS are they speaking of the mean? If so, can you see the individual members' tracks to also see the dispersion? I can see them on the GEFS (and they suck).

Well, THanksgiving break now seems to be extend all the way to this past Friday, so could be. Meanwhile, the GFS is praying at the Pope's altar.
