Well, I managed 4 days straight of snow.
Picked up a couple inches in central PA this afternoon, was snowing pretty good when I left with perhaps 6 by the time it's done.
Back at PIT now (the real PIT) awaiting my return to BOS.
8" here at the Pit. Headed to bed.....we'll see if we get any more.
Even with a bust of Round 2, still managed 24-hour warning criteria in 6 hours while under an advisory.
Close to 7" at the Pit. Just had a 3 hour (!!!!!) drive back from Marion. Complete white-out conditions on 146 from just north of Providence. Just Awlful!
Pulled onto my street and there was a bright flash of lightning. WWA--ha!!!
SN+++ ftw.
Here's BOX's current map (timestamp notwithstanding, it looks like they upped it since then). Meanwhile, they have no mention of changes of advisories in the 1:44 update, while they're forecasting a foot for Worcester.
Twilight Zone.
The city never got to getting my leaves, ftl. It will be funny to see the plow hit them.
So.....how long will we have snow cover? It might be tough for the Grinch to take away all of what we might get now. Could we make it all the way til March? Possible unless the rest of the winter really sucks.
