  1. This. The sound from it hitting the roof is much louder than the intensity would suggest.
  2. HRRR looking even better. Congrats, Hubby.
  3. congrats on the snow! Up to .81" at ORH.
  4. Where in the Bronx are you? I went to Fordham and lived in both the Belmont and Woodlawn areas for a couple years after I graduated.
  5. For those who thought otherwise---this was a joke post.
  6. Righteous. Only .60 at ORH. These are fat drops of rain giving the illusion of something it's not.
  7. BOX says 'meh'. 1140 AM Update... * A cold rain heavy at times continues through the afternoon with even a few embedded t-storms across southeast New England * Rain may change to wet snow this afternoon across the Berks/Worcester Hills but any accums should be minor
  8. Horses and buggies skidding into ditches.
  9. Well, it was right in showing yesterday as sunny. .55" so far at ORH. I'm not tossing in the towel yet for observing some flakes.
  10. The 10% probability map shows opportunity for eastern areas to flip as well. Hopefully we'll all stay safe.
  11. Not too shockingly, Pete might wind up with a nice albeit minor early season event.
  12. I know it can't be, but despite that, the rain nearly looks like melting snow/cat paws.
  13. So......as we're now into the event.....dare we start giving the models a mid-term grade? I'm guessing F's all around.
  14. Thanks. It's for a position in Pennsyltucky. One of a few positions I'm (and they) are considering. A couple of these are nearby, a couple would require a move for me (not the family). As I always say, why limit yourself to two pits when you can have three?
