  1. Well that ain't going to happen here. 34/29. Driving back from Shelburne, the cold spot on 122 was in Petersham (30*). Ticked up to 31* in Barre and was stuck there all the way past the airport and ticked up to 32* as I got home. That said, I see ORH is currently 34 so car thermometer is likely not accurate. I feel a big ice bust is in store.
  2. Shoot. I’m just leaving for Shelburne now.
  3. Yeah--the other Tolland/Sandisfield/Otis/Blandford looks to be the area of concern. 36/22
  4. lol--I had let that one slide. Imagine if it were snow
  5. Is this precip arriving earlier than epected? I thought it wasn't until closer to 10:00p.m. I'm picking up my daughter's friend in Shelburne this evening--hopefully before any icing (expect to be there at 7:00p.m, back to ORH by 8:30)
  6. Ticking down a little bit. 36/22
  7. Thanks for the thoughts, Ray. Can you clarify the ice zones? The GT .5 is clear, but I'm not deciphering the other regions of up-to .5, up to .25, and the mainly rain/sleet regions. Thanks again--good luck with the call.
  8. I this amounts to about 4 of our posters.
  9. Congrats! These are the times I wish Worcester got lumped into the northern zone. T'aint exactly Rutland and T'aint exactly Milford.
  10. Been steady at 39/24 for hours here. DP at ORH is only 19* (been that way much of the day), same as AUG and lower than PWM (21).
  11. Congrats, Jeff. Swing and a miss for Pit2.
  12. How much sooner were you hoping for? They're seeping in here pretty quickly. The sun's still casting shadows but the sky has gone from blue to gray.
  13. My post was in jest. Wake me when your power comes back on.
  14. Given how confined it is, a simple mention of that fact that could a case in a small area should be enough. This will not be a wide-spread area of significant (damaging/disrupting) icing.
  15. As we said earlier, big ice is a really difficult thing to achieve for any large area.
