    We'll take it while it lasts. The fact of the matter is, we are on the down-hill side of summer. So, keep that in mind when any heat comes up. Before you know it we'll be looking for frost advisories in NNE.

    I'll have to keep my eyes out for more of AMWX folks. Thanks about the house. It's old (1780) but it's already been fixed up. At least that's how it appears--we have the inspection on Thursday.

    73/72. Yuck. At least after this system comes through, COC will lreturn. At least for a while. Meanwhile, we just had our offer accepted on a new Pit1. I'll probably never see snow again as we'll be heading to Southborough. Closing ORH on 9/1, moving into SB 9/15. I get a couple weeks in Pit 2 out of the deal.
