  1. Me: We have some flakes mixing in honey. Wife: That's not news. Me: Yes it is. Wife: Stop it.
  2. Looks like some flakes mixing in here in Westborough. 37*
  3. I should add that this is the same thermometer that was reading -20 last weekend.
  4. It’s going to be a long time here I think. Still at 41.
  5. On the upside, you won't need to worry about your mother-in-law coming to visit.
  6. My p/c is showing 4-8" tomorrow and 1-3" tomorrow night. I'll take that. IIRC--this might be the first warning event since two winters ago. (actually we must have had one in the post TG storm last year).
  7. I’m glad u didn’t spend the morning on here to see these latest shifts west. Oh well. Never bet against GC.
  8. Good point, Jerry. It was a funny comment--the type of comment that one might make to anyone who posted it. Unfortunately, it was JoeSno's first post which I'm guessing was missed. So what might have come off dickish was probably just a funny comment that happened to land on an initial post. Welcome to the board, Joe!!
  9. One of the best things about systems like this are the invariable melts that take place while waiting for the change to snow. And the best of all are those instances when the change never comes. I remember of those those a few years back......I was so happy we had gone up to Bartlett in that one. Chris texted me that it stayed rain while I was enjoying something like 15" of powder.
  10. Don't get caught on the wrong side of the Rt 1 line on the Midcoast. Pit 2 is a mile north. Pulling a 6-spot will give some of us a foot on the season. In the words of the great Adam Sandler--'not too shabby.'
  11. I'm thinking Pit 1 and Pit 2 may fare similar--so no angst as to whether to travel. Meanwhile, it's nice to see the board so alive. Touch keeping up with the posts.
  12. This is what retirement's about, Jerry. Some of those depictions have me sitting on the edge here 10 miles east or ORH.
