  1. Unless you can post a screenshot of a tweet, it didn't happen.
  2. Nearby PWS' reporting between .24 - .33. It poured at one point which woke me up. 71 and breezy.
  3. I'd rather be screwed in September than December.

  5. Pretty solid agreement I'll be a stones throw away from the heavy band. Close but no cigar. i'll need to content myself with 4-8 instad of 15-20. Alas.
  6. Big time. I have to say I don't know what region I am when people say east, central. Life was so much simpler when I was in GC. I'm guessing I'm most Boston and ORH but I'm not sure.
  7. The EC is putting me in the 1.3 category at this point.
  8. That was yesterday's run which had the trend leaving him dry as it went east. Today it's threatening dry with shifts to the west. In either of those situations, there would be some AWT even though for the wrong reason. Of course, split down the middle and his lawn is washed away as it's full of dead roots. Lesco overload to his downhill naighbor.
  9. Might i suggest a shawl? Your concern was shifts to the east though.
  10. I have no idea whether it was decent. I do know it woke me up--always a nice sound to wake up to. Where in SB are you? I need to find a local station for qpf reports.
  11. Historic cancel. Add it to the list of 'also rans'.
  12. What a world of difference down he. Car was reading 81* when I pulled into the drive. Meanwhile, IWI checking in with 61* and RKD at 58*.and overcast. The only green I could see on 295 between BNS and PWM were the pines. Everything else was colored out.
  13. No thank you--I'll stick with my 50's and 60's.
  14. Yeah--pretty dramatic shift here at Pit2 over the course of the 5 days I've been up here. I'm still awaiting the progged mostly sunny. Stuck in overcast ever since the fog lifted. Still only 58*, not sure how the progged 67* will work out. Heading back to Westborough and summer in a few hours in any case.
  15. Someone else had called it a rule. Either way, lets get the show on the road for winter qpf discussions.
  16. Kevin arguing Scooter on the application of Scooter's rule. Classic.
  17. What constitutes 'warm months"? End of Sept/Early October?
