Looks like we got about 1.6". There's one report in town of 2.3"--I think that's a misread since everything around it is about 1.6".

I had a zoom call yesterday with a woman in Fort Kent. She was telling me how she had gone for a walk in the snow. I was basking in Westborough warmth. I told my wife I should apply for the job that's available up there. She wasn't especially supportive of the idea.

Big bust on temps here. I think I only got to 21*. Either it was a big miss on forecast or my thermometer sucks or trees are preventing me from radiating. Or some combination of the three.

My task for next weekend is to get the leaves out of the shrubbery (the branches themselves, not the ground around them). I think it'll be a pain in the ass.

That's one of the good things about living in ORH. The city picks up the leaves. You just need to blow them into the street. That's how it used to be (or maybe still is?) in some of the CT towns. IIRC from my hs days, places like Killingly and Putnam would have all the streets just lined with leaves getting ready to get picked up.

There was no damage aside from every CT house that were built between 1983 and 2015 which are now all rubble.
