    I'm going 8-12 as it stands. Should we have movement in the next 12 hours, of course we can adjust. But not feeling it. This ihas been locked for a couple days. If this gradient were between I-84 and NYC, Kevin would be posting "these always come north....".

    My ex-wife had a place on the Tug on Brantingham Lake. Lowville was the nearest town to us.

    I know the bulk of the cold was going to be west......but the ambient temps in much of Maine are far from extraordinary. The minus-2 and minus-4 conditions are actually no colder--and even warmer--than several other mornings we've had this winter. 7* here in PVD.

    Here's GYX. I really don't know what to think........not sure we can achieve those snow amounts on 2/3 of the qpf Mass is getting.

    BOX shows all snow in PVD. They do have sleet mixing in on the South Coast, but that isn't haven't impact on their forecasted totals.

    Eye candy for those who were hoping for more qpf. On an island--toss.

    It's moving north. Until it isn't. Unless we can manage things to come north another 50 miles (doubtful), the models all show my qpf being about 2/3 of what is happening in Mass.

    NAM has it snowing until midnight on Tuesday at Pit2.

    I hit snow just south of PWM on my way to PVD. Looks like the start holds off so I can stay until Sunday morning. I'll drop breadcrumbs for the snow to follow me back to ME.
