    It’s nice to have to not think about the temp. Air, ground etc is all plenty cold for it to snow and stick. A rarity in December around here lol

    Some pretty wild wind gusts every time a rain shower comes through. Saw a tree down on the highway on my way back home.

    Looks like it may have stopped its western movement based on the past few scans? Though it could also just be another wobble.

    Looks like Friday night/Saturday on the backside of the system is where we would see any winds as the surface low deepens up in Canada.

    Jesus things aren’t looking too good for Jamaica. Its a compact hurricane but its going to be an absolute buzz saw in the areas that are exposed to the eyewall.

    GFS pretty significantly further south with the low lol

    I’m looking at pivotal and I thought the EURO op seemed pretty south with the low compared to the GFS no?

    6z GFS is the look you would want to try and bring a hurricane near here..but ya it’s in fantasyland.

    This is going to be a really tricky forecast for the SE. Hurricanes can do some real funky things when they are as close to each other as these models depict. The difference between the GFS and CMC shows this.

    My problem has been lanternflies. I unfortunately found out we have a tree of heaven in our backyard. Those bastards are everywhere.
