  1. Need a good excuse not to sleep over at work Saturday night and for calling out Sunday. Dang.
  2. Will you be asleep tho? That is the question keeping many in this subforum on the edge of their seats.
  3. JV models... NGP tracks over the cities...less white. JMA is a HECS.
  4. Perfect. Sacrificial Lamb for mid month forward. We take.
  5. Pretty classic situation next weekend. Said it yesterday but took some heat for voicing what I was feeling after seeing the signal across all 3 ens means families. Will say it again....this has all the makings of a big hit to the left of the fall line, I95 the usual mix zone. Still think ops will bounce around quite a bit the next several days. But folks...we are tracking!!!
  6. 23 years later and you guys still won't let me live that one down.
  7. Was just going to reply to him pretty much same thing. We are getting near the windshield wiper part where we wobble back and forth but slowly start tightening the goalposts . Feeling pretty good about this one tbh....period has been on my radar for a while and I know @CAPE's as well.
  8. Likely it isn't, but for those already looking ahead to a pattern breakdown...just enjoy this Jan 6-7 potential and make like it's the only one we get this winter. We've begged for several years for this and now it's staring us in the faces. Savor it like it's the last you'll ever see and just enjoy the ride.
  9. 6z GFS is a MECS for us for the 7th....a brief thump to mostly wet for the 10th, a SECS for the 14th, then reasonably cold with a 1042hp parked over us and another storm trying to punch our way from TexArKana. Yep, heck of a year coming bro. Not suggesting the op is right, just rebutting on your pessimism. Take one at a time. Nice setup this week.
  10. Your trend suspicion > PSUs trend suspicions. Who the hell had that on their NYD 2024 bingo card?
  11. GFS is souther. Eta: much better confluence....colder.
  12. 83 was awesome wrt dynamics and rates. 96 is probably my fave. Lived 2 miles from PHL airport where they do official measurements and I can confirm ~30"....no dry slot no mixing. 2016 is close....~29" here just N of Philly but we dry slotted and mixed for a chunk. If no slot/mix that would easily have been #1. 93 was meh (again near PHL airport). Around a foot. Location, location, location.
  13. Lightning and thundersnow....4-5"/hr rates for 1.5-2.5 hrs. Unreal stuff man.
