That’s a good point. With the low pressure and high pressure should be some good winds I would think. I know it will change next few days but what’s the start time looking like. -

Lancaster County in south central Pennsylvania... Schuylkill County in central Pennsylvania... Lebanon County in south central Pennsylvania... * Until 530 PM EDT. * At 233 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a large band of heavy rain pushing west into the region, in association with Tropical Storm Fay that was moving along the southern New Jersey Coast. This heavy rain will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain has already fallen over parts of the advisory area over the past few hours and an additional one inch of rain is expected between 245 pm and 430 pm. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wow wind is crazy and just had heavy wind blown snow with some lightning. All at the same time power went out now. Crazy day
