A period of freezing rain is POSSIBLE (a 30 percent chance in Carroll County increasing to 50 percent in Fauquier and Spotsylvania Counties) Friday morning across the northern and western portions of the Baltimore / Washington metro areas, which would result in an icy accumulation on area roads. If this threat does materialize during the Friday morning rush- hour, many roads could quickly turn icy. This could lead to dangerous traveling conditions, multiple accidents, and extensive delays.   13. There is two different ways: 1.) You can hit the quote key which then puts it in the reply box. Press CTRL A and it will highlight everything in there including teh quote you want to respond to. Press CTRL C to copy the post. Go to the thread that you want to reply in and click on the reply box. Hit CTRL V and it should paste the quote in there and go from there in replying 2.) Hit the gray + sign. In the bottom right hand corner of your screen, it will say "Quote 1 post". Proceed to the thread where you want to post about the quote and then click the "Quote 1 post" button. It will put the quote in the reply box and then you can go from there in replying Hope this helps!

The NWS has been notified that the start of construction affecting the grounds around the NWS Automated Surface Observation System (ASOS) Baltimore Inner Harbor Maryland (KDMH) has been delayed. The suspension of observations there is now scheduled to begin on February 1, 2020 at the earliest. We will provide the exact date for the temporary removal of our equipment after more a specific timeline is provided by the construction company. Observations will continue until that date.
