DISCUSSION...A cluster of storms moving through east-central Virginia has a history of damaging winds with reports of dozens of trees and powerlines down in Fredricksburg and a measured 62 mph wind gust at Quantico. Radar depiction of this cluster remains impressive with 65 to 70 knot outbounds from KLWX.
