    The odds are against us. It hasn't snowed more than a couple inches in February or March since 2014. Plus you add in the fact that February is notoriously warm in La Ninas and the fact that we are going to see the PNA drop and it will be threading the needle like always.

    Not our storm. At least we get to see snow falling. Maybe fab Feb or a March miracle can salvage a decent season. If someone told me January would be this below normal, I would have surely thought we got at least 4 or 5 inches of snow. Not so.

    Seems like the snow that pushed through earlier was some sort of boundary. Its pushed through McDowell and the ceiling raised right up.

    I think it's done here in downslope city. Ceiling is very high again.

    There were some as I was driving down the mountain. Had some in Marion too but like you said it lifted quickly

    It's weird because we have good echos now but less snow reaching the ground.

    Dry air is winning the battle. After some nice snow showers and lowered ceilings, they raised back up and it has stopped in Marion.

    I wish I shared your optimism but the air is super dry. Most of Georgia and Alabama is still virga.

    Think its about time for a break from these forums. Too many people grasp at any solution that shows snow and if someone debates it with evidence they get ridiculed.
