I would take that GFS run. 2 inches of snow then half an inch of sleet with some zr on top for my location. I hope the initial band of snow is stronger with a front end thump of snow.

Basically it looks like Texas to Arkansas is going to see more snow out of this than NC unless something changes.

I think it depends on the location of the phase and where you live. In NC the trends aren't terrible. A bigger storm could mean more snow if the track is right. The worst outcome would be a weak mess with little precip. Give me a qpf bomb and I will take my chances. Places in GA and SC don't want that though.

Temp came down to 33 with the shower that moved through Super close to ZR. if we got steady precip it would probably drop below freezing but it's spotty.
