That NAM and 3K nam run was disappointing. Last nights snow may not be surpassed as light as it was.

We need another 75-100 mile trend west to get into the good stuff.

HRRR for the win. NAM showed no moisture at all and we got 1/4 of snow/sleet.

HRRR is way west of 6Z but is rain for most (probably wrong)

Looking at the latest SREF, it didnt trend west compared to 3Z but it beefed up amounts just east of most of us

Something to watch tonight for us snow starved weenies. The HRRR is trying to bring a band of rain/snow mix and some minor accumulations in the upper foothills

Unlink the Christmas storm in 2010. That was probably the most fun/twists of any storm I remember.
